• Make sure you don’t have to wait too long for your installation date. If they’re dealing with too customers, you may struggle to get support if you have a problem
• Ensure you can get through on the phone quickly and easily with your first call. If not, you may struggle to get support later if you need it
• Find out what support will be available once your charging points have been installed. It should be comprehensive and fast. If your company and/or employees have EVs but you have a problem with your charging points, you’ll need it fixing quickly
